A classic light stalking rifle built on much modified Swedish Mauser 96' action.

The fully blue printed action has been expertly converted to cock on opening with three-positions safety shroud and crisp single stage trigger.

The four shots blind magazine is secured to the receiver and allows a rounded stock belly.

The Lothar Walther match grade 24" barrel is chambered for the flat shooting 25-06 and it's fitted with an ivory inlaid wide V rear sight with gold lined second leaf and a fine bead front sight on spear shaped support with locked slip-on protector.

The claw mounts and sight bases, all screws and steel grip cap are finely engraved. The serial number is gold inlaid on the trigger guard and on the receiver left side, as is the "SAFE" detail on the safety shroud.

Action, barrel and trigger guard are traditionally blued, the furniture, grip cap and steel buttplate are bone and charcoal colour case hardened though the extractor blade and ejector box are nitre blued.

The classic 14½" LOP stock is made from high grade French walnut, classically shaped in open grip, beaded cheek piece, steel grip cap, ebony forend tip and chequered steel buttplate.

To take advantage of its extreme accuracy (½ MOA) this rifle has been fitted with a  Swarovski Z3 3-10×42 BRX scope on our special claw mount with lightened machined rings.

It weights a mere 7lbs. and 8lbs.2oz scoped.
