A very nice sample of Schönauer mod. NO 30-06 GVT rifle, manufactured in 1959.

The NO retains the straight bolt handle and the old-style stock shape that made the appeal of the original pre-war rifles.

The system uses the traditional all steel spool magazine and double set trigger with the added benefit of a side safety to ease scope use.

The 24" barrel bears the traditional banded sights and the 14" LOP stock is made of good European dark walnut.

That NO Mannlicher is fitted with a steel tubed PECAR - Berlin 4-10x variable scope mounted on a STEYR factory fitted swing mount whose front base encircles the barrel.

This rifle, chambered for the excellent 30-06 GVT weighs 6lbs 6oz and 8lbs 10oz scoped.
