6" Modèle 10 - four screws version
SMITH & WESSON
Handguns
Category : B
Caliber : .38 Special
Very nice example of this legendary Smith & Wesson model in the rare 6" barrel variation manufactured at the Springfield factory in 1958.
This revolver has reached us in a remarkable state of conservation and even if it bears some marks of handling it seems to have been sparingly used.
The barrel retains a mirror bore, the mechanism is very tight and the inside of the frame bears no marks from firing.
The hammer and trigger retain their original color case hardening, the walnut grips are of the "Diamond Magna " type and bear the revolver serial number.
The action is the famous K in the four-screw version and its operation calls for no criticism as the care taken in its adjustment is that of a bygone era.
