Gorgeous over under shotgun, N°2 of a pair in special deluxe execution, proofed in Gardone Val Trompia in 1983.

The gun is built on a low, double bolt, forged steel action fitted with intercepting safety side locks, non-selective single trigger, automatic ejectors and automatic safety.

The Boehler Antinit steel 26" barrels are chambered 12GA / 2¾" and benefit of ASE type recoil plates. The bottom tube, bored .728", is choked at .714" or 3,5/10° while the upper one is .724" bored and .700" choked or 6/10°.

Deluxe French upper grade walnut blank has been used for the making of the 14½" LOP rounded grip stock (14" measured from hollow of trigger to the hollow portion of the checkered wood butt).

The complete action and furniture have been fully engraved in best quality minute English scrolls by PIELLI who added gold inlays of a crown on the opening key, a S at the safety catch and 2 numbers on the trigger guard tail, the forend iron, and on the barrel.

All parts, except the slow rust blued barrels, are Nitride finished in French gray.

This O/U gun is in absolutely perfect state of conservation: mirror bores, no play, unctuous function, blitz percussion and super clean 5lbs let-off.

Small counter-screws secure all screws and there aren't minute traces of oxidation or minor cracks in the wood.
