A superb traditional side-by-side gun, made for DARNE, Paris, at the beginning of the seventies, by SEYTRE at Saint-Etienne.
The side plated forged action is fitted with Purdey triple bolting system, H&H ejectors and articulated front trigger.
The gorgeous 28” triple proofed Heurtier barrels are .725” bored and the chokes remain 1/10° & 5/10°
The action and fitting are engraved English style with fine roses and scrolls, the whole being finished with a subdued corlorcase hardening.
A dense piece of well figured French walnut was used for the finely checkered 15” LOP straight stock and rounded splinter forend.
That perfectly preserved gun weights 6lbs-6oz only, with a perfect balance of 3lbs-3oz for the barrels and forend assembly and the same 3lbs-3oz for the stocked action.
The gun is presented in a gorgeous leg of mutton full leather case and it bears our entire guarantee.
