"ARDENNES" Double Rifle
LEBEAU COURALLY
Rifles
Category : C
Caliber : 9,3x74R
LEBEAU COURALLY, best gunmakers in Liège, have manufactured this beautiful side-by-side "Ardennes" double rifle in 1971.
The 25" Walhreyne's compressed steel barrels are chambered for the famous 9.3x74R.
The triple grip, reinforced action, milled out of solid mild steel, is an Anson & Deeley boxlock with articulated front trigger and H&H ejectors.
The engraving, a traditional "Royal" ornamentation on a lined background, appears very subtle on color case hardened finish.
The 14½" LOP, straight comb stock, with it beaded oval cheekpiece, was made from a fine quality well figured French walnut. It's finely checkered and the oil finish is satin.
The grip is trimmed with a black buffalo horn cap and the butt ends also with a curved black horn plate.
A Karl KAHLES Wien "Zierllux" 4x36.SE with n° 4 reticle is fitted on quick detachable claw mounts whose half rings are welded to the scope steel tube.
The iron sighting is ensured by a wide V two leaves rear sight, set on the express rib, and regulated on a silver bead on a spear shaped ramp.
Unscoped this double rifle weighs 7lb 9.7oz and 8lb 9.5oz with glass.
This express rifle, delivered with its certificate of origin, has been used very sparingly and has been the subject of meticulous maintenance.
The weapon is in perfect condition and bears our full warranty.
