High quality double express rifle built by the prestigious Liège company Francotte.

The 25½" Siemens-Martin steel barrels, with two parts slanted rib sporting a two-leaf express sight and a caterpillar front bead, are chambered for the .405 Winchester* cartridge.

The tubes convergence is perfectly regulated at 60 meters for the excellent Hornady 300 gr InterLock® SP load.

The barrels fit perfectly on an Anson & Deeley pattern small forged action with Guyot detonators, Scott triple locks and firing pins under cap.

The ejectors are of the H&H type while the first trigger is equipped with an adjustable stecher.

The whole is engraved with Birmingham foliage, the receiver finished hardened in color, the fittings remaining deep black blued.

The superb flamed dense walnut stock retains a very classic shape with straight comb and elongated grip ending with a steel reserve cap. Its 14½" length of pull is measured on a slim red English soft pad.

This double rifle, in near new condition, is presented in a full leather case with the manufacturer's original label.

This Francotte express weighs 7lb 8oz and carries our full warranty.
