A superb sample of 1955 vintage pre-64 Mod.70 .300 H&H Magnum standard rifle.

That model sports a perfect bore 26" fitted with a Lyman 16B folding rear sight regulated on a Lyman n°31 gold bead front sight on brazed n°7 short ramp with sliding protector.

The action bears a period Weaver K4-C3 cross hair scope fitted on an original Redfield mounts with split rings.

The 13½" LOP stock, without cheek piece, is made from American walnut and retains its checkered steel rubber butt plate and factory checkering, while the barrel, action and fittings are finished in perfect renewed bluing.

That rifle is in as new condition having benefited from a complete overhaul in our gun shop without modifications to its originality and indeed its bears our entire guarantee.

With its large extractor blade and controlled feeding, the fluidity of its action, its accuracy and balance its is truly "The Rifleman Rifle"
