Rare and beautiful example of the Model 1937 export version of the Hand Ejector Model 1917.

This magnificent N-frame S&W revolver is chambered for the .45ACP.

The six shots of the cylinder are loaded by clips or directly when using .45 Auto-Rim cartridges.

This revolver produced at the end of 1937 sports a 5½" barrel and weighs 2lb 4oz.

In remarkable mechanical condition, without play, with an almost new barrel bore, perfect chambers and an air gap of only 0.006" this Mod. 1937 with civilian finishes was imported and proofed in Europe in November 1977.

 

The gun comes with several original S&W clips and its black leather holster signed BRAUER BROS MFG C°, saddlers in Saint Louis, Mo.
