Very nice high level competition automatic pistol S&W Model 52-2 produced circa 1970.
This superb pistol, chambered for the .38 Special Mid Range Wadcutter, holds the world record for sport pistol in accuracy [298/300] and speed [299/300] that gives a result of 597 points out of 600 established by Thomas D. Smith (USA) in March 1979.
The Master 52/2 bears a .356" barrel to take advantage of the .38 Special Wadcutter that's considered one of the most accurate cartridges in the world.

This model is in absolutely superb condition and comes with an additional magazine [five round single column], S&W screwdriver and period documentation.
