It is rare to find a seventy-year-old Winchester 61 in such a nice state of conservation, close to new!

This superb 61, firing indifferently the .22 Short, Long or Long Rifle came out in 1950 of the Winchester Repeating Arms Co. New Haven factory and seems to have been very little used.

This beautiful vintage rifle, weighing only 25lbs 11oz, bears a 24" barrel and a 14" LOP American walnut stock.

This rifle retains all its vintage factory finishes, with a perfectly preserved blue, even on the checkered steel buttplate.

The system is quickly and easily taken apart by a single large screw on the receiver left side and we must notice the specific markings of this model.
