Caliber : 12- 2½''
This true triplet of "Royal Ejector Gun" was made in 1903, the three guns, sequentially numbered and sharing rigorously the same definition, are presented in a sumptuous and sturdy oak and leather case in perfect condition.
The double bolting actions are equipped with Brazier of Hashes signed sidelocks while the ejectors are, of course, of H&H pattern with great development cartridge extractors.
The 12 gauge 30'' barrels, originally 2½'' chambered retain a .735'' bore of for the No. 1 and the No. 3 and .740'' for the No. 2, which has been re-proofed in London. The mirror finished bores ends on 0/10° & 2/10° chokes.
The engraving is a perfectly executed, Purdey style, "Best Bouquet & Scrolls" that covers all the action and furniture, the actions being now coin finished with some traces of faint original color case hardening.
The 14¾'' LOP straight stocks are made of perfectly matched very beautifuly figured English walnut, the soft butt plates being black pigskin covered.
These guns, perfectly balanced at the join, weigh 6lbs 11oz with 3lbs 5oz for stocked action only.
